TEMPLATE FILES
Template files assist the user with input tasks. There are two types of template files:
(1) *.xls files facilitate input of residue data, modeling data, etc.
- CARES Dietary Template By Food Codes 12APR05.xls - (Excel - 703 KB) This template allows the user to create a residue data file that can then be imported into the Residue tab of the Dietary Wizard. Only Food Codes are used, to keep the size of the input file as small as possible. Macros are included in the template to aid the user.
- CARES Template Dietary Simple 10Nov04.xls - (Excel – 710 KB)
This template allows the user to create a residue data file which can then be imported into the Residue tab of the Dietary Wizard. More detailed input is allowed; the user must select Food Code, Cooked Status, Food Form, and Cooking Method. Macros are included in the template to aid the user. This template is automatically downloaded, with a CARES Version 2.0 download, into the C:\Notitia\Data\Templates folder.
- CARES Template Water 10Nov04.xls - (Excel – 29 KB)
The Water template allows the user to create and import residue data in the Residue tab of the Water Wizard. This template is automatically downloaded, with a CARES Version 2.0 download, into the C:\Notitia\Data\Templates folder.
(2) *.nov files (Notitia canvas files) are pre-built models that will load objects (icons and functions) and links onto the canvas. Nov files should be housed in the C:\Notitia\Novs folder. NOTE: all *.nov files labeled with “14Apr04" or "01Oct04" are already included in the CARES download.
